The Covid-19 pandemic could have halted single-family housing momentum, but instead, we saw urban renters fleeing city centers for more spacious suburban settings, increasing demand for single-family rental properties. Even before this past year, the sector had benefited from a wide range of demographic and economic trends. Join Samantha Santaniello, MMV’s Head of Platform, along with Shri Ganeshram, CEO, and Jeremy Toce, Head of Growth, both at Awning, and John Ockerbloom, Head of Real Estate at Barings Asset Management, as they discuss industry trends in the single-family rental market.
