Executive Assistant
Sheryl Quek
"My experience supporting teams administratively enables me to anticipate the needs and urgency of projects, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines to achieve successful outcomes for stakeholders."
What strengths do you bring to the companies you partner with?
I am fortunate to have worked for many years alongside C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies. My substantial experience supporting teams administratively enables me to anticipate the needs and urgency of projects, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines to achieve successful outcomes for stakeholders. Additionally, I have been entrusted with decision making for high profile events whereby liaising with external vendors was critical.
Which tech trend are you most excited by?
Artificial intelligence. There is so much to know and learn about how it changes the industries that affect our daily lives and/or habits.
In another life, if you weren’t in venture capital, what would you be?
I would be military personnel. I was an outdoor adventure kid with an interest in martial arts, and was always fascinated by - and attracted to - military aircrafts and fleet vehicles.
It’s a Saturday afternoon, where can we find you and what are you up to?
After my high intensity Muay Thai session in the morning, I like to spend the afternoons taking it easy by spending time with friends, reading journals or articles, listening to TED podcasts, or catching up on the latest insights from the World Health Organization.
